well, i have seriously pushed myself scholastically this week... feeling joyful from that....tomorrow will be another day of stretching my discipline and efforts....

man i am blessed with patient friends.... i dont know how everyone stands me sometimes, not that i think i am a jerk or annoying, but everyone has downfalls and rough edges.  i guess i am glad i have friends that are good sandpaper?

work is cool, i had my official meeting with the DM yesterday, and had a superb interview.  now my promotion will be signed off and predated so that i will get retro pay-raise for that last 2 weeks...rock on!

so the last 2 weeks i have forgotten my checkbook for church and havent tithed, but i am making the check out now.....("thank you Lord for all that you have blessed me with, and now i trust you will use what you have given me for a high purpose in your divine plan")

so, a couple weeks ago craziness happened at youth group.....i planned a game called shuffle your buns (kinda like musical chairs) a game i thought would be low key and not too crazy....so....2 people bolt for the same chair and end up colliding.....long2short....a girl gets her eyebrow split open an inch....the girl is this tough gangsta chica so she took it fine, but the youth leader took her to the hospital, along with the other girl leader....leaving me with 19 students and a 30 min teaching block to fill.....YAY! so luckily i had just had my Hebrews essay exam....so i used the material from the exam and taught on Hebrews 1:1-4.  praise the LORD, the following week, Janosh (the youth leader) came and asked me what i taught on because he got tons of super feedback from the students.....he said they asked him if i was planning on teaching that week or if i really did it on the fly.....again, praise the LORD for letting his spirit speak through me.....

i feel God has really given me a gift of teaching this year.....i mean, maybe i have had it for longer, but someting is drastically different.....i am still feeling it out, but what a blessing to feel a strong pull in a direction that i will be able to develop and use more fully.....

anyways, i am hittin the hay.......night yall
